日意混血的Angela  Aki,  拥有双重文化背景影响的个性派实力创作女歌手。拥有存在感卓越的歌声, 以及实力坚强的钢琴造诣。父亲为日本人、母亲为义裔意大利人,  出生于1977年9月的Angela Aki, 在国中以前一直生长于日本的德岛县及冈山县；在15岁时移居夏威夷。在她于2002年回到日本以前,Angela  Aki一直居住在美国华盛顿特区。
    回到日本后,Angela  Aki于2005年3月发行了自弹自唱的地下专辑《ONE》,竟写下当年非主流排行榜第1名的冠军辉煌记录！同年9月正式以单曲《HOME》于主流唱片公司出道,2006年1月发行第二张单曲《心之战士》。在没有任何tie up的情况下打入了ORICON单曲榜前15名,亮眼成绩的在全日本各地引发话题！
